We're recruiting compassionate, reliable people who want to do home care well. If you've done care before, great. If you haven't but you have the temperament for it, we'll train you properly.
Four things you'll feel in the first month.
Real training
Care Certificate, specialism modules (dementia, palliative, mental health), and our on-site training centre with real equipment. Not a tickbox.
Real respect
1-to-1 supervision every three months. Annual appraisals. Managers who listen — quoted in our own CQC inspection report saying so.
Real rotas
Hub-and-catchment scheduling means you support people near where you live. Predictable rotas you can plan a life around.
Real pay
At least the London Living Wage, paid travel time between visits, and training in paid working hours. Refer a friend who stays six months and there's a £250 thank-you.
