Who we are
Stockwellcare Support Servicesis the data controller for this website. We're a registered home-care provider based at 215 Amesbury Avenue, London SW2 3BJ. If you have any question about this notice, call 020 7018 2721 or email info@stockwellcare.com.
What this website collects
Only what you choose to tell us. If you send the enquiry form, we receive the details you typed — your name, contact details, who the care is for, and your message. That enquiry is delivered to our head office as an email (sent through Resend, our email delivery provider) and handled by our office team like any other enquiry: we use it to get back to you, and for nothing else.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. We don't profile visitors, and we don't sell or share anyone's information with advertisers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs to keep the site running and secure, as any host does. Links to outside sites — like news stories or the CQC — take you to pages we don't control, with their own privacy notices.
Information about the people we care for
Care records are a separate matter from this website. They're held securely, governed by our regulatory obligations as a CQC-registered provider, and only shared with the professionals involved in someone's care. If you have a question about a care record, contact our office directly.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call or email — there's no form to fill in. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
